Focus Group Testing
The beginning of any project involves research and a Web Design or Web Marketing project is no different. No matter what project you are about to embark on, there is no better way to explore which direction to go in, than an un-bias test audience! Our focus group testing ensures that un-biased opinion is part of the research, and we hand pick a variety of people to join us for beers and pizza in our offices, often late in the evening to discuss element of design, copywriting or product placement.
In many cases, we find that a focus group opens up ideas and suggestions that hadn't previously been considered by the client, and because these suggestions or comments have been made by real people who may typically find themselves a customer of our clients, they are usually taken more seriously than hearsay.
At Hogtronix, we are very fortunate to have an ideal, quiet environment to host group testing events, with ample free secure parking, plenty of space, plenty of white walls and normally plenty of beer as well!
Costs of focus groups can be shared amongst clients. We book focus group events after establishing what our clients want to achieve. i.e. do they want to test different design concepts to a live audience or do they want to see the typical journey through their website? Once we have the focus group objectives agreed, we can anticpate how much testing will be required. In most cases a focus group evening can cater for 3 clients and a typical evening, per client, including all host facilities, food and drink etc can cost as little as £149 + vat and your results will be typed up and sent to you within 24 hours.
