This website is a smart, fast loading, formal Real Estate site built for clients in Spain. It has full functionality and in addition the features shown in andalucian-properties, this site also has a Google map integrated (try dragging the map around...) On every Real Estate website that Hogtronix builds, we include 'printer friendly pages' buttons meaning a client can print off details of a particular property and have it print neatly onto one or two pages without having the edges of the pages missing. Clients are also able to 'save a property' (or properties) - meaning they can 'flag' or bookmark a property they like into a 'favourites' folder on your website so they can retrieve it later (another day etc.) This of course, means an increased likelihood that the user will revisit your site at a later date which is obviously good news for you.

For those wanting even more functionality and 'sticky' content (content which encourages users to come back time after time), we can offer a secure login feature. Users basically register free of charge via your website and leave information during the sign up process including name, address, type of property they are looking for and financial status etc. Then, at any tme they can log back into a private area of your website and change their requirements. You however, will be able to see the data they have entered and you can specifically target individual users with properties which match their criteria, special offers and tailored individual messages which in turn makes the customer feel special...
